OrganizeMyDad.com is a concept that was developed from my personal experiences of being a busy working dad and still needing to care for five children.  It has been created by working dads to help fathers take control of their lives! Every dad, whether single or married should have the resources to tackle day to day tasks involving their children. OrganizeMyDad.com helps them:

Steve Filley, Co-Founder and CEO                                                                                                  

Steve Filley currently serves as Business Director of Escuela Del Valle, Inc., a family owned and operated Montessori school in El Paso, Texas.  Mr. Filley graduated from exas Tech University with a BA degree in Political Science and a minor in History and Naval Sciences.  In 1990, Steve was commissioned as an Ensign in the United States Navy.  From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Filley served as Communications Officer followed by Boiler and Main Engines Office in USS Wabash, and then from 1994 to 1996, he was Damage Control Officer in USS Vincennes.  In 1996, Mr. Filley left the Navy as a lieutenant and returned to El Paso to become the Business Director of his school.  From 1996 to 2007, Mr. Filley grew the school's revenue from $300,000 and 80 students to $950,000 and 200 students.  Under Mr. Filley's direction, Escuela Del Valle, Inc. was awarded SBA "Family Business of the Year for 1997" and El Paso Magazine named the school "2006 El Paso's Best Preschool."  Mr. Filley has 5 boys that range in age from 16 to 6. He and his wife, Jackie, currently live in El Paso, Texas.

Richard De Santos, Co-Founder and CFO

Richard has 2 children who keep him busy. Mr. De Santos and his wife, Anna, currently live in El Paso, Texas. He is a certified public accountant and a partner with the firm of Pate and Appleby LLP.  Mr. De Santos graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration. Mr. De Santos began his professional career with KPMG where he spent six years and worked primarily in the financial institutions sector.  He then spent the next eight years working in the private sector for both public and private companies where he served several capacities including CFO of two local companies.  During this time, he acquired a broad range of experience ranging from operations, systems, foreign operations, union negotiations as well as various accounting disciplines.
